Triathlon or Swim Virtual Coaching
With virtual coaching, athletes are emailed a training plan for the month, sent either at the beginning of the month or each week. The workouts are based on the athletes’ goals and fitness level. Workouts can be tailored for either triathlon training or swim training. The TriathlonSkills.com coach is also available by phone or email during the month to answer questions. Triathlon Coaching cost is $195 / month. Swim Coaching only is $125/month.
Triathlete Coaching
Monthly one-on-one sessions with a TriathlonSkills.com coach. Cost is $295 for the month depending on athlete need.
Private Swim Coaching
Private swim lessons with a Total Immersion Certified Teaching Professional. Cost $125/hr.
Video Analysis
Video recording (underwater for swim) to show how to improve your technique, comments but no instruction. Cost is $25.
Weekend Workshops
Two days of sports-specific technique training.

6 month Health Coach program is $225 each month. This includes: two one hour personal coaching sessions, goal setting, handouts, recommendations, and giveaways.
6 month Health Coach program plus Athletic/Fitness coaching is $295 each month. This program combines 2 x one hour Health Coach meetings plus weekly individualized exercise/training programs that meet the needs of the individual.
Monthly Athletic/Fitness coaching is $225 each month. This program is for people who want athletic performance or for people who want an individualized exercise program for overall fitness.
